About Me.

My journey has shaped the way I approach coaching and has given me a special niche in working with clients facing ADHD, OCD, and addiction. I’ve personally navigated these challenges—having been diagnosed with ADHD from a young age and OCD in my early 20s, and I’ve walked the difficult path of addiction recovery, including going through rehab in my early twenties. These experiences have not only deepened my empathy but also equipped me with the tools to help others overcome similar struggles.

With a background in Culinary Arts, Biology, Anatomy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I combine both personal experiences and professional knowledge to empower others. My unique perspective allows me to understand the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, and how we can harness these to achieve peak performance and personal success. By embracing challenges and thinking creatively, I help others overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and build a life of balance and fulfillment.
